Malpeli, Robert
Robert Malpeli has been teaching senior physical education for over 20 years. In that time, Robert has held roles as State Chairperson and exam assessor for PE and has delivered ongoing staff professional development for ACHPER. Recently, Robert was a member of the VCE Physical Education review board that developed the 2006 Study Design. He has co-authored numerous texts and developed a range of teacher and student resource packages in Physical Education. He is a senior teaching fellow at the University of Ballarat and currently teaches at Balwyn High School.
Telford, Amanda
Associate Professor Amanda Telford is the course co-ordinator for the Bachelor of Education (Physical Education) in the School of Human Movement and Sport Sciences at the University of Ballarat. Amanda lectures in the areas of physical education pedagogy, Health and physical activity and curriculum development. Amanda is a former State secondary school physical education teacher and former State Movement Sciences Co-ordinator for the Australian Council for Health Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER). She was a member of the VCE Physical education review board responsible for the development of the 2006-2009 Physical Education study design for Victoria. Amanda has co-authored several VCE PE textbooks and presented at numerous national and international conferences. Amanda was also responsible for writing the 2006 and 2007 VCE PE examinations. She is regularly invited by State and Federal Governments to be an advisor in the areas of physical activity and physical education.
